Shipping Policy

Effective July 1, 2026

1. Processing time

Stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days of order confirmation. Custom and personalized pieces are made to order; current production time is shown on the product page or quoted in your order confirmation.

2. Shipping methods & rates

We currently ship within the United States and Canada via USPS:

  • Standard — USPS First-Class (3–5 business days): $5.95
  • Priority — USPS Priority Mail (2–3 business days): $10.95

Rates are calculated at checkout. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Holidays and weather can extend delivery.

3. Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take 24 hours to appear after the label is created.

4. International shipping

Outside the United States and Canada, please contact us at info@beadsofhopet1d.com for a custom quote. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees assessed by their destination country.

5. Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will reach out to arrange reshipment at your cost.

6. Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please:

  1. Check with neighbors, household members, and your building's mail area.
  2. Wait 24–48 hours — packages occasionally arrive late after a "delivered" scan.
  3. Contact your local post office with the tracking number.
  4. If still missing after 5 business days, email info@beadsofhopet1d.com and we'll help open a carrier investigation.

7. Order changes & cancellation

Need to change or cancel an order? Email us within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has shipped, we cannot intercept it; you can return eligible items per our Refund & Return Policy after delivery.
