Refund & Return Policy

Effective July 1, 2026

We want you to love what you receive from Beads of Hope. If something isn't right, contact us at info@beadsofhopet1d.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll work with you on a replacement, exchange, or refund per the rules below.

1. Stock items

  • Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, in unworn condition and in original packaging.
  • Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defect.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

2. Custom & personalized designs

Because custom and personalized pieces are made just for you, they are final sale and not eligible for return or refund once production begins, except where the item arrives damaged or differs materially from the approved design. If something is off, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

3. Damaged, defective, or lost-in-transit items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email info@beadsofhopet1d.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.

For packages marked "delivered" that you haven't received, please first check with your local carrier and neighbors. If the package is still missing after 5 business days, contact us and we will help open a carrier investigation and resolve it.

4. Donations

Donations are non-refundable except in cases of processing error or duplicate charges. If you believe a donation was charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we will investigate.

5. Sale items & gift cards

Items marked "final sale" and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.

6. How to start a return

  1. Email info@beadsofhopet1d.com with your order number and reason.
  2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method (we recommend USPS).
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund or exchange.
